🔵🔴 Manhattan Federal Court has granted our request for a hearing in the lawsuit against the UN for bringing cholera to Haiti. The Court’s decision to schedule a hearing is a crucial step towards justice, and shows that the court is taking a serious look at the UN’s obligation to provide victims justice. The hearing is open to the public, and we’d really appreciate you coming in support of Haiti’s cholera victims. Seating is on a first come first served basis and a government-issued ID is required to enter the building.
